Larry serves as a motivational speaker on the topic of heroin awareness for middle schools, high schools, colleges, and local community groups at a time when an epidemic is taking the lives of our young people involved in the drug culture.

Larry is also available as a counselor to the families of those who suffer from the disease of addiction.
In 2008, Larry Glenz retired as a history teacher for Lynbrook High School on Long Island after 36 years of service. During those years, he also provided unique educational opportunities as a travel tour group leader. He supervised hundreds of students on 28 separate journeys to exciting destinations throughout Europe, Australia, Africa, and Asia.
His greatest passion was coaching lacrosse, football, and wrestling. The success of Coach Glenz’s teams ultimately led to his induction into the prestigious National High School Athletic Coaches Hall of Fame. He continues to serve as a volunteer assistant coach for the same school since his retirement.
